Hessenland Helles                                                                                      

Traditional German Lager. This crisp, golden lager is light bodied and very sessional. ABV 5% IBU 15

Apple Blossom Honey Brown                            

A carefully balanced mixture of R&R Apiaries honey and locally grown hops from Strathroy Hop House, this honey brown ale boasts a subtle sweetness from the on-site beehives from which we get our apple blossom honey. ABV 5%.  IBU 18

Black Monday DunkelWeizen                                 

Dark German Wheat Beer. Toasted wheat gives this beer notes of chocolate, coffee and a subtle spiciness. ABV. 5%   IBU 13

Bannockburn 1314 Scottish Brown Ale                

In 1314 the Scottish army, led by Robert the Bruce, was victorious over the army of King Edward II of England at the Battle of Bannockburn during the First War of the Scottish Independence. Our Scottish brown ale was designed to celebrate this victory and our Scottish ancestry. This ale has a beautiful malty sweetness and clean finish. ABV. 7%   IBU 17.5

Irish Red Ale                                            

Just like the name this Irish style ale is red is colour, medium bodied and goes down easy with traditional east kent goldings and crystal malt flavour.   ABV 5.25%  IBU 15

This is My Day Job Hazy IPA

Hazy appearance. Dry hopped, made with reverse osmosis maple water from Bayfield Maple. Citrus and tropical fruit notes. ABV 4.8% IBU 20

Cider-Weiss Apple Graf

A wonderful blend of cider and German inspired weizen (wheat beer) Packs a citrus punch. Why compare apples and oranges when you can combine them!?  ABV 5.8%   IBU 24

Strawberry Cream Ale

One of our fastest selling seasonal beers. Made with fresh strawberries from Masses fruit and Vegetable Market in St. Joseph’s. This has a famous strawberry jam nose and finish. ABV 4%

Hard Seltzers

Blueberry Vanilla Seltzer                        

The nose of this seltzer is like a delicious scoop of blueberry ice cream. Brewed onsite. Essence of fresh wild blueberries bring out a subtle sweetness while offering a mild, dry finish.  Gluten Free. Contains lactose. ABV 3.5%

Hard Cider

Bad Apple Hard Cider

Traditional Hard Cider. Made from apples grown on-site. Like a complex wine this cider is on the border between mildly sweet to dry, with red apple flavours. Gluten Free. Vegan  ABV 5.5%

Black & Blueberry Cider

Full body Cider. Purple in colour. Blueberry and blackberry forward, with notes of apple, honey and elderberry. Gluten Free. ABV 4.5% 

Ginger Pear Cider

Relax and refresh with this amazing blend of locally grown pears, our apples and a touch of fresh ginger. Gluten Free. ABV 6.5%

Strawberry Hard Cider

Made with apples grown onsite and fresh strawberries from Masses Fruit and Vegetable Market. Pink in colour, fruity nose, sweet finish. Gluten Free. ABV 5.5%

Peaches & Cream White Wine                                                  

Made with apples grown onsite and peach puree. Semi Sweet. Excellent sipping wine, served cold, on a hot day. Gluten Free. ABV 11.5%

Vidal Apple White Wine                                                             

Made with apples  Full bodied with boosting flavours of fresh orchard fruit. Vidal grapes from the shore of Huron blended with our own apples grown onsite. Fresh crisp and light, dry white wine. Gluten Free. ABV 11.5%

What the Foch Red Wine

Made with Huron County grown Marechal Foch grapes. Sweet fruity nose, spicy, peppery notes, dry finish. ABV 11.5%

Berry Sangria

Red wine base, notes of cranberry and sweet red berries. Semi-sweet. ABV 4%

Sample a taste of locally made cheese and meats. Four varieties from Millbank Cheese: garlic and dill, hot pepper, old cheddar and gouda. Hensall salami and summer sausage from Metzgers Meats. Gluten free crackers, and pickles.
